Grievances

 

Our work is designed to create a corporate culture which deals with workplace issues informally wherever possible. However, when grievances arise we aim to intervene as early as possible in the process. Experience has shown that our proactive approach reduces the cost and time pressure on managers involved in the process. Sometimes a grievance or grievances can indicate more systemic problems in the workplace and our consultative approach can help identify and eradicate the original causes of tension and unrest.
